Einetic's Customer Satisfaction Commitment
We put a lot of effort into every software solution we build, and we want you to be satisfied with what you pay for. If something doesn't work the way you expected, we'd rather fix it than keep your money. This page explains exactly how refunds work at Einetic and what to do if our service falls short of what we promised.
Annual Subscriptions
We recommend annual plans because they come with a meaningful discount compared to monthly billing. But we understand that committing upfront takes trust. So here's our promise: if you're not happy at any point within the first 30 days, reach out. We'll try to resolve the issue, offer a workaround, or give you a clear timeline for a fix. If none of that works for you, we'll issue a FULL REFUND — domain registration or renewal fees are the only exception, since those are registered in your name and can't be reversed.
After the First 30 Days
Our responsibility doesn't end at 30 days. If we remove, break, or discontinue a feature that was live and working when you subscribed — and we can't fix it in a reasonable timeframe to your satisfaction — you're entitled to a PRO-RATED REFUND for the time remaining on your contract. We don't hide behind fine print on this.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 2–3 working days. The amount reaches your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days of initiation. Timing may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider's processing cycle.
Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We send a reminder email before every renewal, stating the amount that will be charged. After renewal, you'll get a receipt with the date, amount, and next billing period. No silent charges.
We also recognize that people sometimes miss a renewal they intended to cancel. If you cancel within five (5) business days after your renewal date, we'll still process it and issue a FULL REFUND under the same timelines above.

30-Day Free Trial — Terms
The 30-Day Free Trial gives new users access to Einetic Premium for thirty (30) days from activation. By starting your trial, you agree to let us process your details under our Privacy Policy and accept Einetic's Terms and Conditions of Use. If you don't want to continue after the trial, cancel before the 30-day period ends. This offer is for new accounts only and can only be used once. Einetic may modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
No refund — full or pro-rated — will be issued if your account was suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
